The phone system to make an appointment is very frustrating. Often have to call several times to reach a person in the office!

Seemed hurried and took 2 phone calls to get an eval ordered. 2 week time frame should not have taken that long.

Dr. Ihm was wonderful with my sister who has advanced Parkinson's Disease. Very respectful/positive/gave her all the time needed. Excellent doctor.

I saw Dr. Ihm once, as a specialist referral for a particular complaint. He was certainly helpful, but a lot of choices in this survey don't seem to reflect the one-(unreadable) nature of our interaction.
